Bateman's Bay is a 3 hour drive from Sydney and a 2 hour drive from Canberra
Malua Bay Beach House is a brand new four bedroom home completed in June 2006, a two storey home with beautiful views to Malua Bay beach. The beach house boasts premium quality inclusions, located directly opposite Malua Bay beach, it is a short stroll to Malua Bay shops, the park and Bateman's Bay Surf Lifesaving Club and a patrolled beach. Mackenzie's beach and Broulee are a short drive away. Malua Bay bowling club, Mogo Village which has a reputation for arts and crafts and specialty shops is a 10 minute drive as is Mogo Zoo, one of the best regional zoo's in Australia with rare white lions.
Malua Bay Beach House is a modern brick veneer home with superb furnishings and modern inclusions (see pictures). It boasts deluxe accommodation for 8 adults and includes features such as a 42" plasma TV, 80cm TV all with DVD players and Dolby Digital surround sound systems, granite kitchen, dishwasher, spa bath for two, 3 bathrooms, three showers, queen bed in main bedroom with ensuite, king single beds in two upstairs bedrooms, lounge area with glorious views to the beach, balcony overlooking beach, modern dining table which accommodates 8 adults, all crockery and cutlery supplied, downstairs rumpus room including computer with large bedroom including two single beds and inner spring sofa bed mattress in rumpus room, laundry downstairs with toilet and shower and double garage with remote controls plus many other features.
